Custom OEM Transparent LED Display for Retail
Project Overview
InVisia Displays recently completed a custom OEM project for a retail window installation requiring three hanging holographic transparent LED displays in non-standard heights. The objective was to create a clean, stable digital presentation across multiple windows while keeping a consistent visual language throughout the installation.
Each display was engineered to the same 1.5 m width, with three different finished heights: 1,934 mm, 1,130 mm, and 2,619 mm. Rather than limiting the project to standard module dimensions, InVisia combined standard 250 × 1,025 mm LED mesh panels with custom mesh-panel lengths of 958 mm, 1,055 mm, and 1,445 mm.
The result is a made-to-measure hanging display solution that fits the architectural conditions of each window while preserving the transparent, minimal appearance expected in a retail environment.
One Retail Concept, Three Non-Standard Window Heights
Retail window projects often require more than a standard LED display size. Architectures may vary, and forcing every display into a fixed module format can leave visible gaps or create an uneven visual rhythm across the facade.
For this project, the three screens needed to share the same width and overall design language while fitting different vertical dimensions. InVisia therefore designed the display configuration around the site requirements instead of asking the installation to adapt to an off-the-shelf screen size.
This approach is especially relevant for AV integrators, retail fixture suppliers, and display companies working on multi-window storefronts, showrooms, and commercial interiors where visual consistency is important but the available space is not uniform.

Custom Mesh Panels for a Clean, Project-Specific Fit
The display sizes were achieved by combining InVisia’s standard 250 × 1,025 mm LED mesh panels with three custom panel lengths: 958 mm, 1,055 mm, and 1,445 mm.
Custom mesh panels make it possible to tailor the screen height more precisely to the installation. This can reduce unnecessary blank space and help maintain a balanced appearance across a group of displays with different dimensions.
For non-standard transparent LED projects, the value of customization is not simply dimensional flexibility. It allows the product structure, panel layout, wiring approach, and installation method to be planned as one coordinated solution.
Hanging Installation: A Practical Alternative to Glass Mounting
All three displays use the InVisia T Series structure, designed for hanging transparent LED display applications. The T Series provides a stable structural solution that keeps the focus on the visual content while preserving the transparent appearance of the screen.
The hanging configuration is particularly suitable for applications where the display needs to be suspended from the ceiling or overhead structure, including retail stores, shopping malls, showrooms, exhibitions, commercial spaces, and architectural installations.
When holographic transparent LED displays are installed in front of glass windows, direct glass mounting is often the first solution that comes to mind. For this project, however, the three displays were suspended from the top of each window using the InVisia T Series structure, providing a practical alternative without compromising the visual impact of the transparent LED display.
The hanging design offers several advantages for long-term operation:
Better heat dissipation: Keeping the LED display slightly away from the glass allows better airflow around the LED panels and helps improve heat dissipation, which is especially valuable for high-brightness transparent LED applications.
Easier maintenance and replacement: The suspended structure provides easier access to the LED panels. If maintenance or panel replacement is required, the display can be accessed without having to remove an adhesive-mounted screen from the glass.
Greater flexibility for long-term use: Unlike a screen permanently attached to the glass, a hanging display can be removed, repositioned, or serviced more easily when the store layout or display requirements change.
For window display applications, hanging installation is therefore not simply an alternative mounting method—it can provide a more practical balance between visual performance, thermal management, and long-term maintainability.

OEM Manufacturing for Custom Holographic Transparent LED Displays
As an OEM holographic transparent LED display manufacturer, InVisia can support customers with more than standard product configurations.
Depending on the project requirements, we can customize:
- Screen dimensions/ LED mesh panel lengths
- Structural configurations
- Installation solutions
- Pixel pitch and LEDs configuration
- Power and control systems
- Branding and OEM requirements
For projects involving non-standard dimensions or multiple screen sizes, customized mesh panels can provide greater flexibility while maintaining a consistent product design.
Why Choose InVisia for Custom Transparent LED Display Projects?
This project reflects InVisia’s focus on engineering flexibility, transparent LED technology, and OEM manufacturing capability.
By combining standard components with customized mesh panels and the T Series hanging structure, we were able to produce three displays with significantly different heights while keeping the same overall design language.
For distributors, AV integrators, system integrators, and commercial display companies, this flexibility makes InVisia a suitable partner for custom holographic transparent LED display projects and OEM solutions.
If you are looking for a custom transparent LED display, holographic LED screen, or OEM transparent LED display, InVisia can develop the screen configuration according to your project dimensions and installation requirements.
