1. What Are the Pixel Options?
For our Holographic LED Displays, available pixel pitches include P2.9, P3.9, and P6.25. For other transparent LED products, please consult your InVisia sales representative.
2. What Are the Installation Methods?
Our displays support multiple installation methods, including hanging, standing, and glass adhesive mounting.
3. Can InVisia’s Holographic LED Displays Be Used Outdoors?
InVisia holographic displays are designed for indoor installation facing outward, such as shop windows. They are not intended for direct outdoor use, but are highly suitable for window display applications.
4. What Is the Maximum Width and Height of an InVisia LED Screen?
There is no limit on width. The maximum recommended height for a single screen is currently 3 meters.
5. What Do “Integrated Lamp Driver” and “Static Driving” Mean?
Integrated lamp driver means each LED pixel contains its own LED chip. Static driving refers to each pixel being driven independently rather than by dynamic scanning, resulting in more stable and consistent image quality.
6. Which Control Software Is Available?
InVisia LED displays are compatible with Novastar and Colorlight control systems.
7. What Is the Refresh Rate and IP Rating of the Screen?
The refresh rate of InVisia Holographic LED displays is 7680Hz, with an IP rating of IP20. Other product series may vary; please contact us for specific details.
8. What Is the Product Brightness?
The white balance brightness ranges from 4,500 to 6,000 cd/㎡. Brightness can be adjusted manually or automatically based on ambient lighting conditions.
9. How Is Maintenance Performed?
If a module becomes damaged, it can be easily replaced. All LED modules are identical and require no additional coding or configuration, making maintenance fast and straightforward.

Yes, we offer sample module purchases, allowing you to evaluate the quality and suitability of our products with confidence before placing larger orders.
