Traditional spherical LED displays feature a fully enclosed internal structure, forming a large sealed cavity. During peak operation, the internal temperature can rise to as high as 65°C. When heat cannot be effectively dissipated, it accelerates the aging of power cables, signal lines, and LED modules, significantly increasing the risk of short circuits and even fire hazards.
After extensive testing and validation, InVisia has introduced the industry’s first air-permeable LED spherical display. Its patented thermal management structure combined with a ventilated design enables efficient heat dissipation, reducing the internal operating temperature to approximately 35°C. When integrated with external air-conditioning systems, the temperature can be further lowered to 25–30°C.
This breakthrough cooling solution dramatically extends the lifespan of the LED sphere, enhances operational stability, and significantly reduces failure rates, setting a new benchmark for safety and reliability in 360° LED spherical display technology.
