1 Site and Structural Assessment
Determine the final display dimensions and confirm whether customization is required. Complete the initial installation layout planning based on the site’s structure and design requirements.
2 Project Timeline Planning
Work with the client to confirm the final installation date. Based on this date, calculate backward to define the production schedule, logistics timeline, and key project milestones, establishing a preliminary project timetable for all stages.
3 On-Site Conditions & Customization Requirements
Conduct an on-site inspection and collect clear real-world photos of the project environment. Confirm the color and type of the glass curtain wall (e.g., blue, bronze, or clear), as this will directly influence the display’s visual performance.
4 Installation Environment & Product Selection
Identify whether the display will be installed on the interior (indoor side) or exterior (outdoor side) of the glass wall.
Outdoor installation: Choose a high waterproof rating (IP65 or above) outdoor model.
Indoor installation: Select the standard indoor model for cost optimization, as waterproof performance is not required.
5 Budget Range Discussion
Communicate with the client to understand the preliminary budget range. This ensures that the technical proposal and quotation align with their financial expectations, improving the likelihood of project approval.
