Riveting process
No thermal deformation, suitable for thin-walled materials
The rivet achieves mechanical deformation locking, providing greater resistance to loosening caused by prolonged vibration compared to screw connections.

Material Weight Reduction
1. The riveted joints distribute stress, avoiding localized stress concentration and reducing deformation risks in the spherical screen surface of Broussonetia papyrifera.
No thermal deformation.
2. The cold processing technique prevents metal deformation caused by high welding temperatures, maintaining the spherical curvature accuracy (error ≤0.5mm/m).
Size can be customized
- Through 3D modeling simulations, validate the structural strength and heat dissipation solutions of spherical screens with different dimensions – Broussonetia papyrifera.
- Conduct wind pressure and hoisting stress tests on customized dimensions. Achieve free diameter adjustment by increasing or decreasing the number of modules, enabling seamless splicing into spheres of varying sizes.

This process perfectly meets the balance requirements of LED spherical screens for strength, weight, and efficiency, making it the preferred solution for high-end customized projects.
Automatic heat dissipation performance
The sound-transmitting hole design forms a natural air duct, improving the heat dissipation efficiency of the screen body, extending the lifespan of LED lamp beads, and reducing the risk of color deviation and overheating circuit protection caused by excessive heat.
Installation and Usage Precautions
1.When installing and removing modules, violent tearing is strictly prohibited to avoid excessive force breaking copper pillars and damaging the PCB board.
2.The bending angle of flexible modules should be between 150° and 180°, and repeated violent folding of the modules is strictly prohibited.
Easy to Install
Galvanized square tube installation is not recommended as it cannot guarantee flatness. It is advisable to use an easy-to-install sheet metal sandblasted iron enclosure with good flatness for installation.
